I thrive on producing work that has an impact on the business and moving the needle forward. I’ve had great success imagining the future of products by designing bespoke NorthStar visions which are informed by an understanding of the user, the business, and their requirements.
I am a passionate advocate for the end user and strive to serve their needs by empathizing with them. This includes Accessibility, which is becoming more essential and a hard requirement for many organizations going forward. A delightful user experience is not necessarily defined by fireworks or slick animations (still a fan of them) – it’s all about removing friction and enabling the user to accomplish their Job To Be Done.
Outside of work I’m a Husband and Father, Star Wars nerd, lover of rock music, Taekwando (currently Purple belt) and tacos.
